All players and cheerleaders are required to have a medical physical in order to participate. The league sponsored physical is free to all registered players and cheerleaders. This will be the only date for the physicals.  If you can not attend you will be required to obtain your own physical at your own cost.  All physicals must be done on the approved Pop Warner colored form. NO player or cheerleader will be allowed on the field without the signed physical form.
